Halloween is a wonderful time spent and Disneyland. The park is not only dressed up to scare us or the holiday, but it is also a celebration of the fall harvest. Overnight the park transforms itself into its Halloween overlay. The Haunted Mansion shuts down temporarily to receive its Nightmare makeover and pumpkins abound at the park.

Disneyland Haunted Mansion Attraction
One of the most beloved attractions at Disneyland is the Haunted Mansion. Walt Disney loved to scare us and keep us on the edge of our seats. The Haunted Mansion attraction was a way to introduce at that time a new series of optical effects on an attraction designed to scare us and make us laugh at the same time. The ride features over a dozen iconographic images and scenes captured in these products.
Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas
In 1993, Walt Disney Pictures and Tim Burton teamed up to create the cult-stop-animation classic Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas. From this movie, many popular characters were introduced to the Disney universe. Every year Disney makes available a large variety of Nightmare Before Christmas products. This year is no exception.
