DAMAGED ITEMS: Refunds/Exchanges will be given if your item arrives damaged. You must cooperate with USPS or UPS if there is an insurance investigation.
DISSATISFED: If you are not happy with the item, you can return the item at your own expense and less a 25% restocking fee.
